As a convenience to parents/guardians, Ridgewood Public Schools provides an online system to pay for Food Service and for school Fees such as Student Activities, Testing, and Book Fines. Parents can make payments for ALL students in their family in a single transaction and there is no convenience fee for paying online.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS OF FEES AND FOOD SERVICE
Logon to Skyward Family Access to Make a Payment for Fees/Food Service for Middle and High School Students.
Parents can pre-pay online for Middle or High School student fees during Mandatory Annual Online Re-Registration. Activity Fees are capped at $100 per student for Middle School students and $150 per student for High School students. If you do not pre-pay for your activities now, you will be charged and notified by email of any unpaid balance, which includes money owed from prior years.
Students may not be permitted to participate in a Fall activity unless the fee is paid in full during Mandatory Annual Online Re-registration.
The Chromebook Annual Insurance Plan Fee of $30 is expected to be paid for all students in Grades 6-12 during Mandatory Annual Online Re-registration. A Chromebook will not be issued to any High School student until the fee is paid. See the RHS Chromebook Initiative

Please Note: Elementary Lunch Ordering is through Village Fresh. Orders are NOT paid through Skyward. If you have funded your elementary child's food service account on Skyward, you may request a refund or a transfer to a middle or high school sibling's account. Please send your requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if you have a negative balance from prior years for your elementary child, you will receive an email notification with the balance owed and you should pay the balance through Skyward.
